Our main aim is to facilitate a quick and efficient turnaround for vessels prioritising short port calls. For vessels with longer port stays, we aim to provide the support and local knowledge required for their stay. Whatever your needs may be, our team will offer a bespoke service to ensure they are attended to with efficiency.

Shipping Agency / Representation

Inward & outward clearance, handling of formalities with the relevant authorities and any other requests that may come up throughout a vessel’s stay, under Seaward you are guaranteed reliability and numerous years of experience in vessel handling.

Stevedoring

Our well-organised teams of stevedores provide safe & secure loading and offloading of cargo. From frozen fish to dry goods in bulk, you can trust us to deliver a speedy service.

Crew Transfer

From arranging transportation of crew members from vessel to airport and vice versa, to handling all necessary pre-arrival/departure formalities and liaising with the authorities for smooth crew movement, we handle the whole process.

Documentation

Primarily concerned with providing support to the industrial fishing industry, we deal directly with the export/import of frozen fish and working with the Competent Authority to issue the relevant certificates required as stipulated by the regulations.

Health and Safety

To ensure a safe and structured workflow for our team and vessel crew, we have a dedicated Health and Safety Department that oversees and audits the compliance to regulations as enforced locally in all processes.

Logistical Support for Maritime Security

From arrival to departure, we take care of all the protocols with the local authorities for the movement and storage of arms to and from vessels.
